By accessing or using Almorex (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

Almorex is a software tool that aggregates market data and generates automated, AI-assisted analysis. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and it does not provide personalized investment advice.

• All information, analysis, scores, summaries, and "buy," "sell," or "hold" indications are provided for informational and educational purposes only and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
• Using the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and Almorex.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and market data may be delayed or contain errors.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision and should consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional.

3. Description of the Service

Almorex provides AI-generated market analysis, news summaries, technical indicators, a multi-agent analysis tool, charts, a watchlist, and a conversational assistant. Data is sourced from third parties and provided "as is." Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute data or output from the Service; (b) reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes or market manipulation; or (d) misrepresent the Service's output as professional advice to others.

7. Third-Party Data & AI

The Service relies on third-party market-data providers and AI model providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data or AI output and are not liable for it. AI models can produce errors or "hallucinations."

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Almorex and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or profitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALMOREX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US$50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Almorex and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
